Aleksandra Sretenovic founded Top Writer, LLC in April 2020. She has experience in Employee Relations, Coaching and Consulting. Aleksandra spent most of her career exploring the field of Human Resources and Technology and has worked across a variety of industries including non-profit organizations, healthcare, staffing, technology and consultative services. Prior to starting Top Writer, Aleksandra worked as a freelancer creating resumes, cover letters, hosting workshops at local universities and providing career guidance and mentorship to aspiring professionals.
Aleksandra completed her BSBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Pittsburgh and an AA with a focus on Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and obtained her SHRM – Certified Professional credentials in June 2018.
